Received these earmuffs on Sept. 14, 2026. The item arrived two days after placing the order on this website. Because this website uses the Shop system, though, my shipping updates were all in a language other than English. Therefore, I could not track the package.
On my initial impression unboxing, the earmuffs feel cheap. They are extremely light, and the plastic echoes when you tap on it. No instructions are included in the box. The strap going over the head is not adjustable and is covered by a sliding piece of foam enclosed in vinyl. The length adjustments are on the ear pieces. If you look at the picture, the black plastic hinge that connects the ear piece to the metal bracket is where you can make some adjustments. I didn't actually measure, but there is maybe 1½" you can extend the ear pieces.
I am an adult male, 180 lbs., 5' 9" with a size 7⅜ head. To wear the earmuffs comfortably, I had to extended them to the maximum to avoid crushing my earlobes. They do not seem to impact my glasses at all. As for ear protection, all I hear when I put them on are ear noises. I cannot hear my typing or the fan on the other side of the room. However, I can more easily hear my tinnitus, which is a bother. My next work day is Wednesday; I will update this review after I test the earmuffs with my commercial floor machine.
UPDATE Sept. 16, 2026: I wore these for the first time at work today. They almost completely block out the noise of a Kaivac All-Floor wed/dry vacuum machine. They DID completely block out the Musak playing at my place of work. Because of this, I have increased the rating to 5 stars.
