Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start a Return

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned package is successfully delivered to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
- Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by us, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our warehouse will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.
If the returned item is received in its original condition and passes inspection, we will notify you that your refund has been approved. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
- If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, is missing parts or accessories, or otherwise does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund, where applicable.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
