Warranty & Repair

  • Yes. All PROHEAR® products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
    Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

    Returns & Refunds

    • Yes. We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

      Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

      Fit & Sizing

      • Yes. For proper hearing protection and optimal sound performance, earmuffs are designed to fit snugly and securely around your ears. A tight seal is essential to effectively reduce noise and deliver clear amplified sound.

        If the fit feels too tight at first, you can gently stretch the headband by placing the earmuffs over a wider object (such as a box or books) and leaving them overnight. This can help improve comfort without affecting performance.

      • Our earmuffs are designed as a one-size-fits-most fit and comfortably accommodate most head sizes.

        At this time, we do not offer oversized versions. However, the adjustable headband and cushioned ear cups are designed to provide a comfortable fit for extended wear.
